Transport Manager
Full-TimeOversee and coordinate our logistics and transport operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries across London and the UK. You will lead fleet management, driver compliance, route optimisation, and daily scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of UK transport regulations, and experience in managing courier networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch, route planning, and delivery scheduling for our courier fleet
- Ensure full compliance with UK road transport laws, vehicle safety regulations, and licensing requirements
- Supervise, train, and support courier drivers to maintain high service standards
- Monitor fleet performance, track fuel efficiency, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Handle customer escalations, service disruptions, and emergency response logistics
- Analyse operational data to improve efficiency and reduce delivery costs
